Film Micro-Electronics/Spectrum Control Inc: One of the largest custom hybrid manufacturers in the US, Spectrum Control offered a complete line of PIN diode switch drivers with output capabilities of 10mA to 50mA and switching speeds as fast as 6 ns. National Semiconductor: National Semiconductor was an American based semiconductor manufacturer who formally became a part of Texas Instruments in 2011. National Semiconductor specialized in analog devices and subsystems.
